Toepfer's Electronics has been providing dialup modem connectivity to the Eunice, Louisiana area since 1986. Since January of 1996 we have been providing connectivity to our local BBS to the entire world via Telnet. At the same time we began offering affordable Internet connectivity through a BBS gateway. In July of 1997 this system was expanded to support FTP, IRC, NNTP, POP3/SMTP and WWW through the first locally hosted servers in the Tri-Parish area. January 1st of 1998 saw us take our formally "private network" and make it available to the general public with its all new digital configuration.
